Ask yourself ‘Is smoking weed no longer fun?’
Perhaps when you started out it was a great way to party with friends and laugh hysterically for no apparent reason :)
Has smoking weed become more a chore than a fun activity, like something you HAVE to do??

Do you ever get high by yourself?
Maybe you started out smoking weed with friends in a group, then filtered down to getting high regularly with 1 or 2 friends…until at last its just ‘lil old me’ getting high by myself, before work, sneaking off at lunch for a spliff, finding a nice spot to chill after work, and then smoking through the evening to stay high??

Do you ever smoke pot to avoid dealing with your problems?
This is trick question, cos if your answer is YES (really YES), then you’ll probably answer NO!:) Listen I’ve been there many times and i’m not judging you. Smoking weed is a great way to relieve ourselves of pain (emotional) we might be feeling when dealing with family/friend relationships or any other of life’s challenges. After a while though, it becomes a way of avoiding these issues all together, so instead of learing how to face problems head-on and deal with them, we just stay in a cloud of smoke and sublimate the issues…this can lead to all kinds of dis-ease later on.
